As every good slacker knows, it can be a lot work avoiding doing work. Thus, I am off to South Carolina for the next 10 days to bask in the sun, play some tennis, and hang out at the beach. I’ve been blogging for just over 2 months so far and it’s been an interesting experience. It really does take a lot of time and energy to maintain and I’m looking to having some time to recharge.
Have no fears, though. I will be back in mid-April with more writings on the wonderful, underrated world of ‘the slacker.’ Please don’t remove me from your RSS feeds. As a matter of fact, instead why don’t you share this site with a friend or two!?
What to do while I’m gone? Surely, you know those cheesy motivational posters with titles like Determination or Teamwork with photos of something like a bunch of dogs pulling a sled. Check out this link where you can make your own parady posters. Send them to brad@bradsbit.com and I’ll post them when I get back. If nothing else, it’ll kill some time at the office.
Also, if you have any comments on the site, suggestions, or anything you want to say, please shoot me an email at brad@bradsbits.com. This is a good breaking point for me to think of where the direction of the site should be headed. I’ve been toying with the ideas of contests, reader submitted posts, or a forum to get readers more involved. Any of these sound like good ideas? How’s the site design? Do I look like I’ve gained weight?
Finally, here are some of my older posts to revisit (or visit for the first time) while I’m gone.

hi, am dropping by through IntroduceMyBlog: your site reminds me of my not-so-fun-times climbing the corporate ladder; I was on the up and up, but at the expense of my mental health. But then, I also got away with A LOT of stuff like spending so many days at a nearby wireless-equipped coffee place playing Yahoo!Games or IM-ing pals on my laptop with the excuse that I was tapping into my creativity outside the stifling confines of my cubicle: and I got away with it because none of my bosses had any idea how to rein me in, LoL!
